The Measure of His Love

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."

We often talk about the depth and power of God’s love, but John 3:16 gives us the ultimate proof. God didn't just tell us He cared—He demonstrated it by giving His very best. His love isn't restricted by our flaws or background; it is a sweeping, unconditional invitation to anyone who believes. As you walk through your Tuesday today, let this truth anchor your soul: you are deeply loved, fully known, and permanently held in His grace.

Going deeper

When life gets chaotic, it's easy to question where God is in the middle of our daily routines. We look at the brokenness of the world around us and wonder if anything is truly changing. But John 3:16 reminds us that God's posture toward this world is one of relentless rescue. He looks at our mess, our doubts, and our daily struggles, and His response is active, sacrificial love. Taking time to "go deeper" means moving past a casual reading of this verse and letting it transform how we view ourselves and others. If God loves the world this fiercely, how should that change the way we love the people right in front of us today?
